Big Sisters Adjusting Crowns, Building Futures
Mentorship that bridges generations, transforms girls, and builds lifelong bonds.
Program Overview
Operation Crown Adjuster (OCA) is an 8-month "Big Sister, Little Sister" program that pairs MTP graduates (ages 17–24) with younger girls (ages 9–13) to participate in high-impact, emotionally rich experiences. Through field trips, bonding sessions, and coaching, both Bigs and Littles grow in confidence, resilience, and leadership.
OCA fosters mutual empowerment. While mentees benefit from guidance and support, mentors sharpen their skills in emotional intelligence, relationship-building, and goal-setting. The result is a ripple effect of empowerment and leadership that extends through generations.
